About The Job

As an AI Workflow Engineer at CrucialPoint Agency, you will be responsible for translating retention marketing processes into AI-driven workflows by leveraging no-code/low-code platforms like Zapier, Make, Airtable, and OpenAI agents. Your role will be critical in automating tasks, optimizing workflows, and ensuring AI agents align with business objectives.

This role requires technical expertise in integrations, API calls, and OpenAI fine-tuning, along with the ability to work closely with marketers to implement and refine AI-driven automations. Responsibilities

AI Workflow Development & Automation

  • Take existing retention marketing processes and translate them into AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and scalability

  • Use no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Airtable, OpenAI agents, etc.) to automate marketing and operational tasks

Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously test, tweak, and optimize automated systems to ensure reliability and performance

  • Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot issues, refining automations for better efficiency

Integration & API Management

  • Work with marketers, engineers, and client service teams to integrate AI workflows with third-party platforms and tools

  • Implement API calls and integrations to streamline operations and enhance automation capabilities

Collaboration & Business Alignment

  • Partner with marketers and business teams to ensure AI-powered workflows align with retention marketing objectives

  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and refine automation processes to meet business needs

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, marketing automation, or AI-driven process engineering

  • Experience with no-code/low-code platforms like Zapier, Make, Airtable, OpenAI agents, and similar tools

  • Strong understanding of API calls, integrations, and automation logic

  • Ability to fine-tune OpenAI models and optimize AI-driven workflows

  • Proficiency in retention marketing automation (email, SMS, CRM platforms like Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or SFMC)

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot automation issues and optimize performance

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketers and business teams
